      Why do I need an account ?

You account will allow you to download free designs, buy products and view your order history.

Questions about downloading our embroidery files.

      How do I get the designs I have purchased?

All designs are digital instant downloads.You will need to unzip the zipped folder. Inside will be a folder that says Machine Formats. Inside that folder will be the 8 different machine formats. There will also be a tutorial and Color Analysis Document, as well as a copyright statement. Free designs typically do not require a tutorial unless there is some applique in the design. All of our purchased designs are In The Hoop and full instructions are included. Many also have Video Tutorial links included in the written tutorial.

When will I get my files?

The way our system works is that shortly after you place an order you will get an email with download links. You can view your order history on our website by logging into your account, however, to download your purchases you will need to have the links from the email. 

What if I lose my designs? Can I re-download them?

We keep your designs on file for one year. There are so many ways to back up files that we strongly recommend for you to make multiple back ups of your designs. However, if you lose your designs we will send you another email with the links for you to re-download. This is only for one year after purchase. To keep ours organized from other designers you can create a folder called for example Embroidery by EdytheAnne and place your designs purchased from us in that folder


 Is an embroidery machine required ?

Yes, none of these designs are finished products.

Can I open the design with my software?

They may open in your embroidery software, but it isn't guaranteed. We do not support embroidery SOFTWARE.

Do you charge for updates to your designs?

No, you are not charged for updates. You will receive notification of any updates to a design you have purchased with a link for you to download the update. These are usually only minor changes to the design or tutorial. Major changes such as adding a new size to an existing design are usually not considered a minor update and you will not get the update for free in that instance.

What if I do not have an embroidery machine but would like the finished product ?

Questions about returns or problems.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is a problem with the design we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
