The name Scarlet means courage, passion, and joy.
- Scarlet has two appliques , an under skirt and an overskirt. Using appliques gives you the option of using a print fabric for the skirt.
- Overskirt flows with ribbons and bows
- Large bow at waist
- Written tutorial showing how to do the machine applique and color analysis
You will receive the following machine formats : DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3 & XXX.
If you require a format not listed, please contact me. You may sell the finished product, but not the design.
